"Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We were kept up-to-date on start date and other pertinent details and pre-install queries were answered promptly. The replacement/instillation itself was completed efficiently, the crew arrived when promised, the crew was very respectful of our property + home and we received a detailed walk-through of the completed project. "Patience is a virtue but well worth the wait. My walk in shower is absolutely gorgeous. This business had excellent team from start to finish: tear out of tub, build of walk in shower, plumber, tiler. Not only were they thorough but tidy as could be. They never left without cleaning up behind themselves. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. Plus the price for shower build install came in at less than two other quotes"
