Began with a good impression of the response and work required to locate the source of mold and early rebuild. Before the job was finished I was ghosted, Randy would not return my calls / emails. I paid for work as it was completed, except for a discrepancy that I tried to rectify for several weeks and months before finally connecting and received a refund check in the mail. By this time I had moved on to other professionals to finish the flooring.

We reached out to Madison Property Restoration (MPR) via an online search through moldspecialiststoday.com and we were contacted no later than 10 minutes after filling out the online form. My girlfriend was so sick that she was unable to schedule the appointment, so I contacted MPR when I got home and Randy, the owner, was extremely professional and courteous from our initial conversation. I inquired about an appointment setup time and he told me he could be at our house within 45 minutes to help. I should mention this was late on a Saturday afternoon! In fact, Randy arrived 15 minutes before his ETA and conducted his search and tests immediately. He was efficient, astute, and made us feel very comfortable, even in a very distressing situation. He explained his findings thoroughly, and provided specific instructions on how to handle the situation. All in all, the service provided was worth every penny.
