He came by right away in the morning today to replace my frozen over downspount and remove the ice dam and snow off the side of my roof. "Our home inspector recommended we have a section of our roof examined by a professional to see if we needed repairs. Nate came out to do the estimate.  He was very friendly and professional.  He examined the roof very thoroughly, even taking pictures and looking at one of the windows from the inside of the house.  He showed me the pictures and explained what he saw up there.  Within a week, he sent me an estimate.  However, he ultimately recommended that we not have any work done at this time, because it would be a huge fix for a tiny problem with no water leakage at this time.  He recommended that if we decide to re-side the house in the future, they could perform some updates on the roof at that time.  We would definitely call them again.

"They did an excellent job the opening to the crawl space had to expanded to allow entry of a man, and Saunders was able to do this. They installed a bathroom fan , so that the fan could be vented to the outdoors instead of into the Attic. Saunders personnel were able to tell me what they saw while down in the crawl space, which included other issues that I will need to resolve in the future, but which I'm glad to be made aware of. Per my brother who is an engineer, Saunders did an excellent job of both lining and insulating the crawl space and insulating the attic. My brother is picky so I can recommend Saunders installation specialist."

Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
