He came by right away in the morning today to replace my frozen over downspount and remove the ice dam and snow off the side of my roof. There are more issues to resolve but he has been on top if trying to develop some solutions that would be affordable once the remaining ice melts."

We were extremely pleased with RMZ's work. Ziggy and an employee, Ralph, took many before-and-after photographs in the attic spaces of the units they worked on. They gave clear explanations of the work that needed to be done, and their findings agreed with what we had been told by the building inspector. They were able to accommodate our residents' schedules for their initial inspection/estimate as well as the actual repairs, and communicated well by phone and email. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the process, and even fixed a minor problem without charge (they made a separate trip to diagnose and fix the problem, and did not complete any other work in that unit). The photographs helped us see the initial problems (e.g., insulation covering vents, visible condensation) and the steps that Ziggy and Ralph took to correct them (adding baffle rafter vent chutes, clearing existing soffit vents, etc.). We will absolutely work with RMZ in the future for any roofing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

When we needed the windows replaced we had Mr. Vinney come back for this job. 10 windows and a large bay window. The work, once again, was very well done! Very competitive pricing and on time completion. We will use them in the next year or so when we we do the siding our home! Highly recommended!"

"They did an excellent job the opening to the crawl space had to expanded to allow entry of a man, and Saunders was able to do this. They installed a bathroom fan , so that the fan could be vented to the outdoors instead of into the Attic. Saunders personnel were able to tell me what they saw while down in the crawl space, which included other issues that I will need to resolve in the future, but which I'm glad to be made aware of. Per my brother who is an engineer, Saunders did an excellent job of both lining and insulating the crawl space and insulating the attic. My brother is picky so I can recommend Saunders installation specialist."

Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
