He kept us up to date on when he obtained the job materials, when the job would begin, and gave us a projected end date. Each day the roofing crew came out to our home they were punctual and worked hard to complete our new roof within about two days. Brad is very professional and has excellent communication with his customers. He takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be satisfied with the work that is done. "I needed both siding and roofing done. In both cases they did a very good job. I had alot of damage due to the hail we had in April. They were kind courteous friendly answered all my questions. The only thing I was disappointed about is they had told me this would all be done by a family get together which was almost 4 months after the hail and it wasn’t. They said oh no problem .it was even in my contract so I was really disappointed in that. As for their work I’m very satisfied and I would recommend which I did to my neighbors"

"DJK Environmental did a great job removing asbestos floor tiles and mastic in my basement. All the work was done as promised and everyone I talked to at the company was professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and they even came out on a Sunday to complete the work. I had a tight deadline and they were booked out a few weeks - but they found time to meet my deadline. "I would like to say that we would use GF Company in the future.
The Positive:
 The sales representative, Ken Jr., was astounding.  His knowledge of his field was excellent and I enjoyed talking with him.  He was also very thorough with his estimate and writing down in great detail what we wanted to have done.  I hope we get him as our sales representative when it is time to do our roof or our windows.
The work was done exactly as Ken Jr. had written on the estimate.  For the most part the work matches the current look of the shed and it has already filled the water barrel.  
The Negatives:
It was difficult to communicate with GF Company.  We had originally received a quote from Rick a year before the work was done and we contacted GF Company many times to speak with him about getting the work done, but none of our phone calls were returned.  Finally we asked for someone new and we got Ken Jr. sent to us.
After we paid our half-down deposit, we were told that we would get a call in about three weeks to find a date for the work to be done.  After about 5 weeks we tried contacting GF Company.  One phone call had us speaking with a lady on the phone who said that someone would call us back soon, but that never happened.
We never received a call to tell us when the work would be done as we wanted to have someone home to make sure things were done to our specifications.  Several days after our phone call was not returned, we received a text message from our neighbor telling us that someone was doing work on our property, but my wife and I were both at work and by time we got home the work was done.  Since Ken Jr. did such a great job with writing down what we wanted, we did not have any issues with what was done.
It appears that one of the items created on site for our downspout on the shed was likely spray painted on site.  The paint job has already faded, but we can find some paint to paint it again.
Overall, it sounds like we had a bad experience, but we did not.  The work that was done was done well and the sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable.  We would use GF Company again and recommend them, but encourage folks to have patience with communication.

We were extremely pleased with RMZ's work. Ziggy and an employee, Ralph, took many before-and-after photographs in the attic spaces of the units they worked on. They gave clear explanations of the work that needed to be done, and their findings agreed with what we had been told by the building inspector. They were able to accommodate our residents' schedules for their initial inspection/estimate as well as the actual repairs, and communicated well by phone and email. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the process, and even fixed a minor problem without charge (they made a separate trip to diagnose and fix the problem, and did not complete any other work in that unit). The photographs helped us see the initial problems (e.g., insulation covering vents, visible condensation) and the steps that Ziggy and Ralph took to correct them (adding baffle rafter vent chutes, clearing existing soffit vents, etc.). We will absolutely work with RMZ in the future for any roofing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.
