"Great people, great service. Had my basement done in 2022, as we know 2023 has been very wet so far and my basement has not a sign of leaking. It's been dry even after the sumpump discharge hose came off, no water even in the outdoor window well. Super job."

"The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."

I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"Scott did an amazing job! He definitely cares about the service he provides. He's been available via text messages with questions or concerns that we have after the fact. He doesn't hesitate to listen to your concerns as well as provide his advice. We couldn't have asked for someone better. Plus, Scott does more than basement work. After cleaning the crack, we install ports that we will inject our polyurethane foam that expands up to 20 times, filling the crack from the inside all the way out to the outer wall.
Not every home has a “true footing”. In this case, while the wall didn’t look great it was extremely solid, so it made for a very smooth project from beginning to end.

"Dewey was excellent. My tile is my favorite part of my bathroom. Larger rectangles with a veining that is so well matched. The workmanship was excellent, floor was ceramic wide plank wood look and is beautiful! He also came back to install my backsplash! I would highly recommend Dewey.
