63 Owner came out reviewed my backup conditions. Quickly reviewed my drain layout and decided where to snake my drain. It was discovered I had a drain root. He quickly snaked the drain and suggested a preventative additive to prevent the roots from growing back. Solution still works.
It was awful. Chuck on two occasions forgot my situation and why I wanted him there. He yelled at me when I asked him questions and when I told him that I did not like the look of the repairs he was recommending and was wondering if there was an alternate method. He said that I seem to think...
