Consummate professionals.. Larry Van Rite thoroughly described what was being done and why, gave a reasonable estimate and came in at that number per the schedule. Lee responded to my request for a quote within minutes. He was easy to talk to and very responsive. Called me on the day of installation to say they were running slightly behind schedule - the heads up was nice. One of his workers came to my home to install the water heater, very professional and respectful of my home. Cleaned up after himself on the way out.

Lee was well informed. Didn't do any extra work that was not needed. The problem I was most worried about, didn't need a giant fix; and he was honest about it. Over all a good experience. I will call them again if I have problems. Cleaned up everything after he was done.

I called them and they came out in 1/2 hour and had my new water heater installed in a little over an hour! Very nice people. Now we are having them install a new water softener!
