$$ High cost provider - BEWARE! $$ Had our main line snaked. The technician told us he was going to use the camera, only to later find out that's an extra charge. Total bill for 35 minutes of work: $411 (with a coupon!). Would not recommend these guys unless you want to pay way too much for a standard service!

Terrible they said that the job was done and the next day it was blocked again. I had them out 4 times and they still did not fix it. I was told that they went out 150 feet. Twirl came out after the fourth time and had it cleaned out in an hour. Cheaper and got the job done! The company tries to charge you way more than necessary

I had to call after a half hour passed my appointment time when no one showed. Once a tech did arrive i was pleased with the level of equipment and knowledge. The following weekend i did a load of laundry and still had some burping so i called and the same tech came out and cleaned all the way out the street for no additional cost. Overall happy with the service provided.

My original appointment time was set for 1 pm. I had to re arrange my sons in home therapy to accommodate this but of course it needed to be done, well I got a text saying due to another job on a ship he would be late and could we move the appointment to 2 pm? I agreed. The technician then called me around 1 pm and again told me he was on a ship and behind but that he would be done soon and to my house no later than 2 pm. Well I finally received a phone call at 325 pm asking for directions to my house so they could send someone else out there instead!! So don't count on them being punctual. And don't count on them being clean. No one bothered to wipe their feet, wear booties, or in general care for the mess they left all over my carpets. It's disgusting!! At about an hour into the whole ordeal the original scheduled technician showed up at my home and was the most unprofessional person I've ever met. He knocked on my door once and before I could get to it had already had the door open and was letting himself in!!! Again no booties on his feet or anything and he was filthy. At one point when he was giving me my invoice as he plopped on my chair and dragged my coffee table over to him so he could use it as his desk he even mentioned how filthy he was from being on an oil rig all day. All I could think was yeah and now your making yourself nice and comfy in my chair!!!!
Save yourself the mess and go with a more professional company.

Well my son is autistic and he likes to flush things. Asap has been helping me now for the past four years at two different houses. I am more then pleased with Eric's services and his partner john I have met also both great guys. This company has heart and that's rare these days. Always can count on them to go above and beyond for me as they did again for our Family a couple weeks ago.

Did not go well.

First the toilet was removed and unblocked. ASAP notified us that they could not re-secure the toilet as the flooring surrounding it was bad. So, they asked if I wanted them to replace the flooring around it. Sure, I said. Then I figured, well since that area is being replaced, might as well have them pick up a new toilet and replace it as well. Then of course they couldn't save the floor tiling since it was old, so they picked that up as well.

It took a couple of days for them to do the job. My wife was home with our son at the time, I was at work. She was not pleased with their sloppiness at all. I had walked in at one point when they were working and they placed the old toilet into our bathtub. I later noticed that they had put some scuff marks into it. They also hired an amateur to install the floor tiling and do the caulking. It looked awful. I had to call them back at least once to redo the caulking, which looks just fair. The tiling never really settled very well and has some bubbles and gaps in-between. Don't know why we ended up paying them - don't know why.

The last time I had contact with them was in June of 2014 and they gave a story about having to see if they can contact this guy to fix the tiles. Of course, this was just them not standing behind their work. I have made further observations into their installations after the fact. The board they used underneath is rather flimsy and at times creaks when walking near or using the facility. It has settled somewhat now which is okay I guess. They used extra long bolts to bolt the toilet down which stick out.

Never..ever...again. Proceed with caution in requesting their services.

Response from A.S.A.P Sewer & Drain Cleaning LLC
"The floor under the toilet was rotten nothing we did caused that issue. It isn't desirable to find things like this and report them to home owners. Another company that in-turn billed Asap had to replace the floor in which then we could have the toilet back in use. I'm sorry for the inconvenience during this process But we did inform you of the area that would be fixed is limited to the area of water damage not the entire floor. We supplied you with copies of your invoice describing only the section under the toilet with water damage was to be replaced after the work was done so we didn't hide or cover up anything we were in constant contact with your wife as she was home for the entire process and was not afraid to voice her opinions on our work."

I Called ASAP because my sewer backed up. When they got here, the guy came in to clean out? the sewer line. He opened up the palmer valve and saw that there was water in the drain. He then went and got a shop vac to suck out some of the water, but he put the hose on the blower and blow out sewer water all over the basement floor, which I had to clean it up after he left. He found where the clog was which was not that far from the palmer valve, he took a long piece of flexible tube, up it in the sewer drain and opened up the drain. When the sewer?water drained out, he went to wash his hands made a mess in the bathroom, We went upstairs so I could pay the bill. He went on his cell phone and worked up the bill. He told me it was $204.50 I could not believe that for him being here of only a half hour, making a mess ( which I had to clean up) and told me that he would e-mail the statement. I still have yet to receive the statement. I called them On Monday after that Saturday to tell them that I had not gotten the statement and they said that they would send it again. I didn't get it. So I called on Tuesday only to get there answering machine and?I left a message about not getting the statement. it is now Wednesday and I still do not have the statement. I am that?he got the sewer drain open but it was more of a problem that what it was worth.? I will never ever call them again.

"[Members Name] I am so sorry to hear that your experience with our company was bad. I the business owner am ashamed of the work provided to you as you described it. I would like to say that is not how we conduct business here at Asap sewer and drain cleaning llc. Being clean should have been my technicians main priority and even though drain cleaning is dirty work we practice cleanliness while working because of the nature of work we provide."

The price seemed a little high.  But that was because December 31st is billed at a holiday rate.  I was unaware of that and feel that I should have been told of the rate at the time I placed the service order.  Other than that everything was great.

A.S.A.P Sewer & Drain Cleaning LLC was very prompt and he did a good job. We had an incident and he came back and took care of it but it wasn't his fault. We had called him because we had an emergency and he came immediately.

Flooded Basement floor.
Phone Call
2 hours later the work was finished.
Paid $112.
Now I plan to have preventative maintenance, or repairs instead of a flooded basement.

Excellent professionalism. The plumber was running late at his previous appointment and called us ahead of time that he was running late. After our job was finished, our plumber volunteered to search for a special faucet we needed at Home Depot on his own personal time. He didn't the faucet we needed, but we truly appreicated him going above the call of duty for us.  Our expectations were truly exceeded with Eric at ASAP!!  Highly recommend them.

ASAP arrived early for the appointment and started working on the sink drain. He got the snake to go through quite a long distance but I had no idea where the larger drain pipe was that went to the sewer. The house has no basement, only a crawlspace, and no one had entered that space since I bought it. I thought that access to the crawl space was in the laundry room underneath the tiled floor. I convinced him that I really wanted him to go ahead and cut through the grout and try to find out if this was in fact the crawl space access. He worked very hard and was very creative in his approach to getting the tile and wood lifted up and, sure enough, it was access to the crawl space. He ventured down there and found the main problems with the drain plumbing...an old-fashioned trap under the bathtub and a "Y" joint that was not allowing the snake to go beyond that point.  With my approval, he went to the hardware store and bought the pieces he needed and continued working hard until everything was replaced, cleaned out and draining well. He also found that the trap under the kitchen sink was broken, so he replaced that, too. I feel confident now that the plumbing will work correctly for a long time and if it does need to be cleaned out again, it will be a much easier task. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty by taking on the job of cutting through the tile to see if the crawlspace access was there. He could have just cleaned out whatever the snake would reach and go on to another job, but he was determined to make sure that the drains were cleaned correctly and that everything was draining well. He spent a total of 4.5 hours here replacing old parts and doing what needed to be done. He cleaned up after himself very well and was a personable young man.

He never leaves a mess.  He really knows his stuff.  He is in and out quickly.  His prices are fair, and he cleans up really well.  Other providers' prices are three times his.  There was nothing I didn't like about him.
