You should choose me because I choose quality over quantity. I may not have the experience required to be a journeyman, but I do know my way around the HVAC trade. Enough to do a simple maintenance on your system. I promise quality work, and to leave the area better than the condition I found it in. I have a certificate in HVAC/R, I have my EPA Section 608 Universal Certification which allows me to work with refrigerants (buy, sell, handle). Most of being an HVAC tech is customer service which is also why I prioritize customer satisfaction and promise to leave you with no worries at all.

Plumbing Heating Companies questions, answered by experts

Your shut-off valve is likely located in a basement, utility room, or garage and is connected to your sprinkler system by a water line. Likely, you will be able to observe the water line connection going to your house and trace that to find the shutoff valve. You might also have an access panel that covers a utility box in your yard. If you have one of these, the shutoff valves for your sprinkler system are likely inside.

Yes, even a small dishwasher leak is a big deal. While it might seem minor, continuous unnoticed drips can lead to significant water damage to your kitchen floor, subfloor, and cabinetry. This damp environment is also a perfect breeding ground for mold, which can cause health issues and expensive mold remediation. Remember that water and electricity don't mix—having even a small leak poses a potential electrical hazard. Addressing any leak as soon as possible protects your home and avoids costly future repairs.

While the part of the garbage disposal that attaches to the sink is universal, not every single disposal will work in every sink cabinet. A larger disposal may be too big to fit in a compact space, for example. If the pipes under your sink are arranged in an unusual way, it may be difficult to put in a bigger disposal, even if there technically is enough space.

Yes. There are a variety of standard pipe sizes used in plumbing. The main supply line connecting your home to the street is either 3/4 or 1 inch in diameter. Supply lines are 3/4 inch in diameter. Individual components are 1/2 inch in diameter. Meanwhile, your main drainpipe is often 4 inches wide. Most shower and bathtub drains are 2 inches in diameter, most toilet drains are 3 inches in diameter, and most sink drainpipes are 1 1/4 or 1 ½ inches in diameter.

Toilet handles can get stuck for a couple of reasons, but it’s commonly an issue with the chain. Remove the lid and check the chain’s connection, running from the flapper to the handle arm. Sometimes the chain gets snagged on or against another part of the tank.

The chain might not have the right tension. For example, a chain that’s too short can make the handle feel stuck. Check that there’s some slack in the chain. Old, worn-out flappers can get stuck, too. In this case, you’ll need to see which size toilet flapper you need.
