Mell did a great job was on time. Had attention to detail was efficient in the work that he did and it was a fair price I will continue to work with him in the future.

Mel's Plumbing was quick to respond and addressed my leaking water heater. He provided service within 24 hours, was friendly and knowledgeable with all my many questions. We will be using him again in the future for all our plumbing needs!!

Mel was great, did an excellent job! Would highly recommend him to others and will use again if the need arises in the future!

It was good

Did not install earthquake strapping which is required if you want to sell house. Water heater is great. Still waiting for invoice that was promised via email.

Mel Contacted me about repairing the gas line on the water heater; he stated he was in in the area so he came by to see what needed done. Mel said he could make the repair the next day (Nov. 22nd) and gave a price. The next day he texted to say he was running just a bit late but once here he completed the repair in less than 45 minutes. which included looking at methods for running a line under the house for the BBQ. I paid him with a check and gave him my email address so he could email a receipt for the repair and also an estimate on running a gas line under our house to the patio for our BBQ. I texted Mel again on Nov 25th asking for the receipt and estimate; he never got back to me. Mel did a great job but follow through is important too.

I am extremely dissatisfied. I hired Mel to install s new tub/shower and when I asked him if he could swipe my card he said his machine was not working so I would have to pay cash. When I did pay him I actually ended up overpaying Mel $400 and once I realized it which was a couple days later I contacted him and requested a refund. He stated he would send the refund in a couple of days. Once I did not receive the refund I contacted him again and he said that he was waiting for payment of $8500 for a job that he did and that it may put him out if business but he would try and get me the money. I still have not received payment. Also he left the place a mess and nothing got covered when they did the job,. He put a hole in my bedroom wall that is a-joined to the bathroom and got caulking on my brand new carpet and wood floors. He made no mention of any of this. Unfortunately I did not notice this at first because I was in s rush and had to get to another appointment.
