"This team was incredible. Our first project with Pioneer involved setting pavers and the footings for our pergola. Pioneer did such an amazing job that we didn't even seek out multiple quotes the following year, when we needed a large 60' x 30' pad of concrete poured. We turned to Pioneer, who again impressed us with their craftsmanship. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with their outdoor projects!"

As long as there's daylight, we'll be working, so give us a call today!

"Excellent experience! They installed our concrete patio and steps. Professional, on time, great quality and fair price. The finish looks amazing. Highly recommended!"

"Sam was available whenever I had a question. The crew was friendly and professional. There were no surprise costs. I would use them in the future."

"Speechless of the excellent work these group of men have done to my driveway. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Great work!"

"They did a great job.We just had it over the weekend, which was a little bit of miscommunication, so we went without a fence over the weekend, which was a kind of a pain, otherwise they did a great job. We'd definitely be hiring them again"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"We called Cameron out because we had a small leak in our laundry room during a major rainstorm. initially he thought it was just a small gutter and improperly installed flashing issue. It turned out so much bigger! The previous owner had improperly installed the door and siding on that portion of the house. We had water damage down to the studs and into the subfloor of the house. He kept going making sure he had all the damage uncovered, checked for mold, and walked us through contacting our insurance agent to see if it qualifies as a home insurance claim. His communication on what the problem was (including pictures) and the cost to fix was updated daily via text to both my husband and I. The end result is better than I could have imagined, Thank you Zundel Construction Group LLC."

"Was a wonderful job , I think Frank is a really good doing he’s job a good price well done and I will hire him again for another jobs I still have to be done, thanks for your nice work Frank keep it going."

"I had Tri-Cities Staining out to stain my fence a couple years ago and it still looks great! They use very high quality products, understand the nuances of exterior wood treatment and have excellent customer service. All that at a very reasonable price!"
