"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He understood my vision and had great suggestions for design. Would definitely work with Joe again!"

They put in a retaining wall, fence, underground sprinklers, Sod, cubing, extended our driveway and patio. They went above and beyond in the backyard with our shed, moving it in to place moving a concrete pad and placing rock around it making it look like it was built there and was made for our yard. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
