As the contractor and I walked the limits of the work required, he pointed out numerous areas of potential problems with an explanation of the prudent selection of materials that would be advantageous for me to utilize of which his company have been utilizing for several years with excellent results and reviews. Following the promise to call, should I be interested in having them complete the project, I research the BBB for reviews, which exhibited an extremely scathing review, consequently I did not call the Gorman contractor, however the contractor representative followed up the call with a visit to inquire as to my reason for not returning the call.
