excellent repairs and service. Billing nightmare. Made payment on the 1st kept getting 3 more invoices. Called 3 times for clarification that payment had been sent. Negative response...had to go to the bank and get a copy of the cancelled check which was processed on the 5th. Took the copy to their office to prove I made prompt payment. They couldn't figure out what happened or why. Requested an annual backflow test on sprinkler system..It was done without my knowledge that it had been completed, the city notified, and no invoice for the service. Had to pay on the spot at the office. Will I get 3 more invoices and have to go the bank again to prove I paid for this last service call? Great service......poor office accounting!!! do not recommend c.j plumbing!

This is not a typical home plumbing project. We were installing a new concrete driveway to replace a deteriorated gravel surface. An enclosed irrigation ditch runs along the front of our property. The driveway crosses that ditch via a large (12") pipe. The weight of the cement truck crushed the original concrete pipe (and got stuck in the ditch). Chris Johnson replaced the concrete pipe with a stronger steel one the same day so that pouring the concrete for the driveway could continue. (Wet concrete can't wait.) This was a pretty simple operation so I can't say much about Chris Johnson's plumbing work except to note that they were very quick to respond to our emergency situation and the new pipe has held up just fine under use by loaded dump trucks and septic pumping trucks.

We needed a plumber to do a home inspection for a home we were purchasing. Chris responded within a day of our call and met us there. When he ascertained that he could not do a camera inspection of the sewer line he courteously referred us to someone who could and answered all of our questions without charge before he left. We would use Chris in the future for plumbing needs.

We are so happy with our tankless water heater that Chris Johnson Plumbing installed. Chris came and gave us a quote right away and was much more responsive than any of the other companies I got bids from. The technician removed our old electric water heater and installed the new tankless gas water heater in about 8 hours. The new heater needed to be relocated to accommodate venting and the tech was careful to hide as much of the piping and venting work as possible. He left the place clean and tidy.
When we paid our invoice, they provided all the paperwork we needed to submit a rebate to the gas company for the high-efficiency system. We've had our tankless heater for about 6 weeks and my electric bill is down by 50% and my gas bill only went up a few dollars. On top of the cost savings, we have endless hot water and are very happy.

The bill was what they said it would be and they cleaned up after themselves. They didn't leave a mess in the basement and in the yard. It has been working fine since they came out. Their price was reasonable.

Shows up on time and gets the job done. Cleared one problem we didn't even know we had. We've used him one time in the mythic past to correct a drip problem which was more serious than a simple washer on an ancient shower.

Chris Johson beat out other plumber's bids on re-plumbing an entire house that was being COMPLETELY remodelled. All the walls were open so the company had access to everything. We were living in the house at the time so we had to do all the work in sections. Anyway, he just had very inexperienced workers. He installed plumbing outside of walls, vent vipes outside of walls including cutting through a supporting wall for vent pipe to go through. The guy didn't install a roof cover for the vent pipe so we found that out after water was dripping through our ceiling. We finally dropped him when he wouldn't finish his job saying he was already done with all the work, then had to hire another company to finish the job and re-do some of his work that costs $3000 more.Once we finally installed our new kitchen, Chris Johnson already did the plumbing for it, we used it for 3 months when we started smelling something foul coming from our crawl space. They didn't finish the plumbing, our kitchen sink and dishwasher were draining into our crawl space for 3 months. I called him immediately and told him to come finish the job, he turned me down saying go somewhere else. It cost me almost $1000 to clean that mess up with the mold infestation. Lawsuit will be filed. Do not go to this company. Inexperienced, and unprofessional.

Called on Wednesday morning to book them. They were available for overtime rates that day, or could come Thursday morning. Set up the appointment for Thursday morning. They arrived an hour and a half before the appointment was for, which was inconvenient but not terrible. They did call first so I knew to expect them.
He took a little while inspecting and listening to me about what the problem was. He fixed the problem by snaking a pipe, then we tested it for a while.
He also gave some good recommendations for plumbing improvements, which weren't pushy and seemed like genuine helpfulness (some of the improvements were ones I could perform).
I will be using them again for my plumbing problems.
