"We hired hoping to have plans for bids. We were told it could be done in 2 weeks. She had another project ahead of us tha I guess went wrong so 4 months later and still no plans we asked to be reimbursed...i was upset we got charged for her time that she came out and measured. I realize it took her some time but no one else I'm trying to hire wants to use someone else's CAD drawings...so I'm outta $780.00 and 4 months of time."

"Royal did quite a bit of work for us. They replaced our asphalt shingle roof (house and garage), replaced quite a bit of warped cedar siding shingles on our upstairs (with Hardie cement shingles) and painted the house and garage. The work was all first rate using premium materials. Irvin was very easy to work with, and all of the workers who were here during the duration of the project were pleasant, skilled and professional. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out, and would hire Royal again without hesitation."
