"Arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. I cannot believe that people choose to use this guy's services. First off he shows up to the job site a few hours late. He then proceeds to give me a bid so high that I thought he was joking. We are talking almost 4 times as much as the average of everyone else's bid. As we are walking back to our vehicles I ask him for my plans back. He then smugly proceeds to tell me that he left the plans back at the job site because "they are not his plans". At that point I raise my voice and we begin a heated back-and-forth. As he is leaving he backs up on my lawn then as he is pulling forward he manages to run over a 35 gallon cooler that he apparently could not see. The whole time yapping about how he does so much better work than everybody else and how he's booked out with jobs. If he sees this he will probably comment back that this is not what happened but I have cameras that would prove otherwise. As folks here have stated Skyler is rude disrespectful arrogant and overpriced zero stars."

"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

They helped with the planning and placement of the shower, window, cupboards, and bidet in our complete bathroom remodel. Their quote was very reasonable. They were able to do each of the jobs without hiring an outside contractor. They were very timely, committed to our project from start to finish. We were able to do the major renovation within two weeks. The workers were very courteous, friendly, and were able to answer questions we had. "Very are happy to give a review for skyline builders. Early this year we had water damage from an upstairs bathroom. We first called a restoration company to clean up the mess, spray for mold and warm dry for 4 days. We found Skyline Builders on Angi. We had to chose to replace pretty much everything. Tub, toilet, plumbing, vanity, mirror, lights, fan, floor, sheetrock, hardie board, electrical outlets, subfloor and paint. Tony from Skyline who was our go to on the project recommended a stronger fan as the tunnel for the skylight had condensation damage. In the kitchen below sheetrock and electrical outlets and range hood were replaced. Walls and ceiling were repainted. Before they finished the first 2 rooms we decided to remodel the downstairs powder room and it will be finished today. Tony was wonderful to work with. We were living in the house and could see the progress. Almost every day he was at our house always available by phone. Both Tony and Cher were very helpful in choosing materials helping to get product ready and on time. Our thanks to both. The work crew was outstanding and very businesslike. They kept the worksite clean and hauled away waste on a regular basis. We give 5 Stars to Skyline Builders for their work on our project"

"Jared Lord, owner of Paul Haugen Construction, and his crew are outstanding. They are dependable, honest and do excellent work. Jared's labor and countertop cost for our project was $21, 473,65 (appx. $9K under budget). Our new cabinets, sink, stove top, range hood, tile and garbage disposal were separate costs that we paid for. Regardless, the total cost was below $50K for our beautiful and functional new kitchen."
