I set up the appointment online. However, the day before the appt. i received an email saying i had cancelled. I called the company directly and they were able to reschedule the same day so in spite of the erroneous email from Home Advisor all turned out just fine.

The technician was friendly & shared lots of information about wasps, in addition to taking out 4 nests w/ no casualties. My tech was Luc - great guy!

They came when they said they would. I was told to watch the yellow jacket area for 10 days after the initial spraying and then call back if the problem persisted. They came out and redid the area with something stronger. No extra charge for this application. So far seems to be working better.

They were very professional...explained exactly what was going on and how they were going to deal with it. They took into consideration our pets and seemed to work very effectively. We would be pleased to recommend them..

The tech, when we asked to eliminate the bees under our deck, said he had a moral problem killing them. He did it eventually but that was not the best response. Not expecting to hear that from a pest control tech. Did not generate confidence that we hired the best company. Hoping they will send someone else next time and he might want to change his line of work.

I was given pricing for the initial visit & other visits. I did not expect that after paying over $350 for the initial visit that they wanted to come back the next week & I would have to pay over $60 for that visit. Then he wanted to come 2 weeks later & a month later. Extremely expensive & unexpected to have to make so many visits so soon. For 2nd visit someone showed up at my front door in shorts & Tshirt. Finally someone in uniform showed up - he had already gone through my gate & was in the back yard without letting me know. I could not see their vehicle from my front door. I paid my bill in full with a check at time of service. Later I got an invoice via email showing I had not paid anything. For the last visit I got a voice mail saying someone would be there Mon afternoon. On Mon I tried to call to find out if they would be coming between 3 & 5 as they had done previously & who would be showing up. I was directed to another # which I called. The girl who answered couldn't give me any info as she was not "hooked up to that system." She kept calling me "Hon" - I'm probably 3 X her age & told her to stop calling me hon. I asked for someone to call me back. No one did after a while so I called that # again. I got a call from someone who was calling me from New Accounts because my call had registered even though I had hung up. I explained my situation and at least got some answers from her. The number I was directed to was useless - so why give it??? I asked for a manager/owner to call and have never received a call. When the service man (luckily the same one) showed up the next time, I had my phone in one hand with 911 visible so I only had to push the call button & my can of pepper spray in the other. It is a shame in this day & age that service companies don't automatically give you the name of who is coming to do the service. If they don't & I am on the phone with someone, I always ask. Since I have had so many issues with them & they are so expensive, I am going to cancel them at the next service. Because of this experience, anyone coming to my front door from now on will be met with my phone set to 911 in one hand & my can of pepper spray in the other. So sad that this is what one has to do because of this experience with Sound Pest Control.
