In May, June and early July 2024 I asked Rick repeatedly to install at least one of the systems to have some relief from the triple-digit heat. I also repeatedly asked him to deliver the equipment for the second system as well, which he ignored. One unit was finally installed on July 20, 2024. Almost a year later, Rick still has not delivered or reimbursed the nearly $7,000 he owes me for the second system."
