We prefer to do walk thru of jobs before we begin any type of work so that we are familiarized with project and so home owner/sub-contractor has a chance to meet us. Once notifications are submitted there will be a 10- day waiting period before we can begin abatement. 0n date of completion we can provide all proper paper work (air sample results, letter of completion and waste manifest) upon request before any type of payment is made unless arrangements have been made.
