"I received multiple bids on an abatement and Seattle Asbestos Environmental/Bobbie (office manager) was by far the best and always responded within minutes (yes minutes) to my questions/inquiries. My only issue (VERY MINOR ISSUE) was that we could not locate the screws to the light fixtures which was OK since I'm replacing them with new ones and still haven't returned my house key yet. "I have no idea why this company doesn't have positive reviews on Angie's list but I had a great experience with them. My wife and I are doing a remodel on a 1922 house that had asbestos and lead. We contacted several asbestos abatement companies and, right off the bat, FS & GS stood out as the most responsible and professional. They came out to our house and gave us an estimate. They were reasonable with their pricing and came out and did the work that we agreed to (on time). I was consistently pleasantly impressed with not only how professional they were but also with how good (and thorough) of a job they did with the lead and asbestos removal. I would come by the site every night, after they left, and the site was so clean that you almost couldn't tell that they can been there. I spoke to many of the crew and they were all nice and responsive to my concerns. They completed the work that they said that they would and did a great job. Although I don't ever want to deal with asbestos again, I would totally hire these guys again, if the need arose. We had two rooms demo'd, with asbestos removed from one, and all of our siding removed, as it contained lead paint.
