Brendan's company is now called PNW Animal Control. He came out right away, reviewed the situation carefully, established a course of action and has come out twice to re-bait and make necessary modifications to the home to discourage further rodent intrusions. Previous pest company did not even bother to come out and inspect before indicating they wouldn't be coming. I highly recommend Brendan, he is prompt, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Yes, the price was a bit higher than I expected, but then again, he's certainly provided extremely good service. I am very happy with the peace of mind his services have given me about my home.

Fantastic! Brendan was prompt, communicative, and followed through on his word. He caught our mountain beaver quickly and with little fuss. Too often providers end up as no-show, or unreliable. Not Brendan. He really knows his stuff and I give him my highest recommendation. He's a nice guy too!

Knowledgeable about wildlife and their habits, removed the critter and talked about preventive measures that will keep raccoons and any other pests out.

I received a referral for Brendon from another pest control service who said he would do a great job taking care of our bird issue. (Many pest control companies do not work with birds.) From our first contact, Brendon was professional and personable. He was patient with all of our questions, as well as thorough in his inspection of our house and explanation of the work he would do to get us taken care of. He earned brownie points on his first visit to draw up our quote when he disposed of a decomposed rat carcass in our attic. His quote was significantly less than the first company who gave us a quote but it was obvious the quality of his work would be equal, if not better. Brendon was frank with his recommendations and helped me understand what we should do now (get the birds out and seal off entry points) and what we could wait to do or do ourselves (clean up insulation where the birds had nested over the years). He was also communicative with his schedule as the excessive rains this year made it hard to find days where it was safe to be up on our roof to seal off the dormers. We are thoroughly impressed with Brendon, his experience and passion for his work, his professionalism and responsiveness - and his 5 year guarantee on his work.

Brendon came out at the scheduled date/time and assessed the situation. Being proactive, I decided that I wanted all the house vents (about 30) re-screened. Brendon couldn't do all the work that day due to a prior commitment, but he put up a couple temporary screens over the vents that had the biggest problem. Unfortunately, the following week he had an accident on another job and ended up with a small fracture in his foot. This left him unable to get up on roofs/ladders for about 5 weeks. When the foot had healed sufficiently he came back out and completed all the screening in a couple hours. He also screened off a lower corner of the garage where some very tiny birds had been getting in. I also asked him about a solution to keep a raccoon from getting onto our garage roof from the backyard gate. He has a metal shop that he deals with and will see if they can fabricate a sheet metal "block" to keep the raccoons off of the roof. In summary, I consider that my experience with Brendon was excellent and I would definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to others.

We recently had a new roof installed, but the roofers did not properly block off a gap between the the flashing and fascia and a family of squirrels made a nest. Brendon came out, set & cleared the traps and after a couple of weeks, caught the entire litter. After the last squirrel was removed, our roofers came back out and corrected the problem. We couldn't be happier with the service that Brendon did for us. He was responsive, professional and super easy to work with.

Fabulous. Brendon and his team are prompt and thorough. They set 2 traps at a time which I checked daily in the morning. When a raccoon was captured, they made the pickup and replaced the trap promptly. Coordination was easy by texting. They captured 12 raccoons over several months and now appear to have solved the issue.

Brendon is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and very honest. He was able to schedule me the next day morning between 8-9am and was there at my home at 8:04am. He did a walk through and quickly identified the path Raccoon is taking to climb up to the roof. He also inspected my Attic and roof to identify the access point. The sounds have just stopped in the last 2 nights and he was able to establish that the Raccoon family might have just left.
He could have easily suggested traps need to be setup but he instead recommended I wait for a couple of days to see if they come back. Given the nature of the entry point he was concerned that the exclusion work he can do might not last for a long time and recommended another company who can to strong reinforcement to future-proof that area.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience not because of the money but because of his attitude, professionalism, honesty and ethics. I highly recommend Brendon and you will glad you called him to take care of your problems.

I found Ludwig von Battoven in my attic, actually my cat did. I little cute fella that wouldn't stop trying to crawl through my attic fan grate. He seemed a little confused and I couldn't reach him, so I contacted Washington Wildlife Control.
I contacted the company via Angie's List, and Brendon got back to me the next day. He was able to communicate via text which I like since trying to contact a smaller business often results in phone tag. We set up everything through text and that was great.
Brendon came out the next day. Ludwig the bat had already left the attic, and I found a decent sized hole which I figured a squirrel made. I covered that myself, since although it was a bit cramp I had the tools and ability. Brendon was able to tell me the hole was made by a woodpecker, which I have seen around in the past. He also told me Ludwig probably just found the hole in the attic as a convenient stop over, which he was able to confirm by looking over my attic.
I asked Brendon to look around the house and in the attic, although based on my description he felt the problem was resolved. (He is certainly intuitive, but I did have a highly sensitive camera in the attic for the previous 48 hours, set to record on motion and I had gotten nothing in that time.) Still, an expert was here so I wanted to know if he thought anything could be improved.
Brendon was kind and easy to talk to. He did *not* seem sketchy like some service folk. He was patient, took his time and was prepared. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Brendon suggested some minor changes I could make myself. He didn't find anything, but the peace of mind of having someone who knows what they are looking for climb up there and verify will help me sleep without worrying a colony of something was reproducing in the attic.
Brendon didn't ask for any payment, but since I dragged him out to my area and asked him to check out my attic when it was highly likely there was nothing to do, I gave his company some money anyway. I used to own a small business and I know it can be difficult when sometimes all someone needs is your expertise, I felt it was the right thing to do. If I have any problems again, I won't hesitate to contact him.

One squirrel was trapped in the cage. Brendon came the same day to remove the caught squirrel from our roof. He continued to keep in contact with me via text and phone to monitor the cages and bait. He came twice to change the bait and removed the cages about 1 1/2 weeks after catching the one culprit. He suspects that only 1 squirrel gained access to our attic but will come back without a set-up fee if we have another visitor within a month. Brendon is very knowledgeable about wildlife, a good communicator, reliable and a likable, friendly person. We would be happy to hire him again if needed.

Brendon was very helpful. Even though it seems that I don't have a nest in the roof right now-- and that the squirrels are just travelling across my roof--- I know where nesting spots are and where to look or listen. My roof is so steep and houses are so close together it's not possible to see the roof area without a very tall extension ladder. Brendon explained the timing for grey squirrel nestings, and provided a really valuable inspection. Will definitely call him again if I have future animal visitors, and highly recommend.

Brendon Diment came out to see the damage the flickers had done and immediately (same day!) started patching up holes to keep them out. The 'battle of the birds' waged on for about two weeks as the birds would open new holes shortly after the old ones were covered; however, Brendon prevailed! He put in a ton of work patching up all the bird holes and entry points, including adding a net to the worst part of the house. Brendon was a pleasure to work with, he was great at communicating the plan, the timeline, and the budget. He was also really knowledgeable, and I know he did the right things to get these birds out of the house. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Brendon last year. When my tenants called me with another rodent problem, I immediately called West Coast Wildlife.
I e-mailed/called Brendon on the 9th, and he replied promptly, even while on vacation. We had a shed attached to the house that needed to be removed. When it was, the contractors did not seal up the access to the crawl space like they were supposed to. So, rats got underneath the house. Again.
Brendon came out, did his thing, caught the rodents, put up a temporary seal on the hole, etc. In this instance, I only checked his work after the fact. I have utmost faith in his professionalism, experience and skill. That's from my own experience in our previous interaction and reports from my tenants.
Absolutely A+ work.
Lastly, I need to apologize to Brendon as, because the other contractor was at fault, there was a delay in paying him. My apologies!
Lastly, as much as I love working with him, I'm hoping I never have to call him again. But, his number is still stored in my phone. Just in case.

Brendon came out and set up Raccoon cages in the yard. We caught three raccoons. Each time the traps were tripped he responded immediately to reset them. Raccoons were removed quickly after notification. We caught a cat and Brendon came over immediately to set the cat free.
There are companies that charge less but the service is not as good - they don't respond as quickly or on weekends. Paying a flat set up fee and then per raccoon caught is the best way to go.
The service was so good that we have now hired Brendon to catch the squirrels.

During a check of my furnace, inspectors found rodents in my crawl space. From Angie's List, I called Brendon who came promptly, set traps, and followed up. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am confident that he will take care of any future problems with rodents under and around my house.
