"Shimon is exceptional! SO quick to respond to my initial Angie's List message and answered ALL of my questions! Per my request, he text me his eta the day of cleaning and arrived right on time! He walked me through the entire process, explained what needed to be done & why, then got to work! He is extremely professional, thorough, and kind! He wore protective booties or socks each time he stepped inside, and he cleaned up all the mess- including the dryer lint in the bushes outside! I got before & after photos and videos, too! He treated my home with respect inside & out and was SO careful with my kitties around! I enjoyed our conversations between the noisy parts of the job, too! I HIGHLY recommend StarDucts and will be calling them annually for dryer vents and as needed for air ducts! Thank you Shimon!"
