Russell's leads the business and is the main planner and money guy - and safe to say that the rates are very competitive. The younger guys took care of the more labor intensive work, but again were very skilled and fast. They moved fast, fast, fast. Over time, we learned to trust all the guys and would hire them again in a heart beat.
