Russell's leads the business and is the main planner and money guy - and safe to say that the rates are very competitive. Russell's crew are largely family members and were all extremely polite and considerate as we were living in the house during the project. The younger guys took care of the more labor intensive work, but again were very skilled and fast. We did our project in two stages, the first only taking ~3 weeks with the larger kitchen and whole house remodel taking around 8 weeks; any other company would have taken 2-3 times as long. They moved fast, fast, fast. Over time, we learned to trust all the guys and would hire them again in a heart beat. I would say that this company isn't the type to hold your hand entirely through the project; you need to be into the details and understand what you're paying for.
