Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Highly satisfactoryâ Details were discussed and agreed on from the outset and any changes to the plan were always based on first clear explanations of the options and cost implications. Managers were technically knowledgeable and made a serious effort to understand and meet our needs. Workers were considerate, tried to minimize the noise and mess, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in hiring them again.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Summit bid was in the middel.They seamed ok at first.When we got into the major part of the remodel there Quality was terrible,My 12' window was 3/4 of an inch out of LEVEL,They added 24" X 16' of new floor at one end it was 1/2 OUT OF LEVEL IN 24".They built us 4 new stairs all 4 were WRONG DIFFRENT HEIGHTS,THE CODE SAYS YOU MUST BE WITH IN 1/4 PER STAIR.The city inspecter wrote a correction on them they were so BAD. They built us a new wall and a fire place THAT WAS 1 1/2 DIFFRENT FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER.We had electrical boxes in the wall hidden that had to be fixed.Wires in the ground that were still hooked up and would blow the breaker

very Quick to respond to our phone call. Came out the next day to look at our project. More than 15 of our friends have Used Summit Construction and were very happy. We Couldnt be happier. Gerald helped us with design, permitting and did the construction. we are excited about the out come.

We have had the worst experience ever with this company. He subcontracted to inept contractactors and now we have over 80k in damages to our home. He took the roof of, didn't tarp it and it rained in our home. there is now mold in the drywall, floors, and they have damaged the electrical, drywall and now he is avoiding us and there is so much damage to our home

"This project was completed through drywall and we discovered that they didnt have the money to finish it. They have refused to work with the BBB on this. We have called and written and it is clear they are out of money and looking for someone to blame. It is unfortunate"

Bathroom Remodel
Contractor has a independent person to the design work and obtain the permits. This person said the job would start in May and due to his not doing his job it got started in September. Also the plans he had set out were not possable due to his miss measurments. The contractor themselves were good to work with to overcome the problems of the designer. I recommended he find another desiner.

My biggest complaint with this contractor is that they do a poor job keeping you informed of what is going on. Status updates only get done when something chagnes and that keeps me in the dark most of the time to whats going on. When I needed something I had to make several calls to get someone to respond.

Bathroom Remodel
I was not particularly satisfied with this professional. They still have not replaced the vanity drawer that does not match, after repeated phone calls, and they nevertheless charged me for a light fixture for the downstairs bathroom that I did not want. The project started out well, but went downhill after that.
