"Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."

"Bau and Aina were phenomenal. I couldn't be more pleased. They were thorough--even my mother-in-law would have approved!  They cleaned EVERYthing--the cabinets, the baseboards, the spots on my carpets, organized the zillion things on my countertops --I'm taking pictures so I can remember how to do that until they come back-- My house looks amazing, and I'm proud of the way it looks, now. I'm handicapped, so I can't get to a lot of the places that seem insignificant but make a house look grubby when they're neglected. This team did it all, and I didn't even need to supervise or instruct. Google Translate took care of any language issues. They were professional, kind, and -- not sure how to say this, but over the years, I've had lots of cleaners whose affect made it clear they resented the work they were doing. That made me uncomfortable, too. This team approached the job as a job, with a sense of professionalism and pride that not only left my home sparkling--and saved me the cost of bathroom fan repair when they cleaned the wall faceplate and we all discovered that it was an accumulation of dust and paint flakes that had been causing the fan to malfunction all this time!-- but didn't make me feel like an oppressor. I will definitely ask for their services again. Other cleaning services would do well to instill in their workers the same sense of pride and realization that they are giving an honorable service. I wish I could give them A+++!"

"Monte fixed a broken string for my Hunter Douglas blind in about half an hour. Confirmed appt, showed up on time, very nice amd professional. He did need an xtra set of hands to take down the blinds, but that was easy. Happy to help him. He is a retired US Veteran and I appreciated his prompt work and excellent service."

Blind Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Blinds should be professionally cleaned at least once every six months. This ensures that any dirt, debris, and pet dander is entirely removed. If you have several pets or have severe allergies, it would be best to have them cleaned every two or three months.

Custom window treatments cost around $900 per window, and prices usually fall between $150 and $4,800. Your total will depend on many factors, including the type of window treatment, the amount and size of the windows, your home’s location, and the labor cost. Blinds and shutters tend to be the most affordable custom window treatments at $600 to $2,700, and the most expensive options are valances, drapes, curtains, and estate shutters, costing up to $3,000.

A microfiber cloth or blind duster is typically the best tool for normal dust accumulation, depending on the extent of the dirt. However, if the blinds are unusually dirty or require scrubbing, or if they’re made of a more delicate material such as wood, check with the blind manufacturer for cleaning recommendations. Cleaning professionals will have the tools and experience necessary to tackle your blinds, making them look new again.

If properly maintained, cellular shades should last between five to seven years. This makes them on the lower end of the lifespan spectrum, which other higher quality shades materials like wood lasting closer to 10 to 15 years.

If cellular shades get wet and are not properly dried it can lead to permanent damage. This is especially true if mold or rust starts to form on the components. Cellular shades can also lose their shape and become much harder to open and close.
