Small jobs welcome

"Konstantin and his crew did an amazing job and the deck looks great. The crew was respectful, pleasant, and hardworking. They did a great job and communicated with us through the process. They offered a lot of options and were able to start almost immediately. I highly recommend Konstantin and his crew and will definitely be hiring these guys in the near future to build us a pole barn/deck."

"I hired this licensed general contractor to repair/replace/recaulk trim and replace a few LVP pieces. Originally asked for a few easy things like rehang a pantry door and closet door, both already had the hardware installed so literally just hanging them, but the bid and pricing for these items made no sense and were billed at twice the rate of the other tasks so we removed those from the bid. Below is a picture of how he did the trim on a two level transition. I had to ask for him to please do a stepdown configuration but he said he couldn't figure it out so he cut a new length of trim and trimmed back the rubber transition to hide the fact the mdf trim had a gap under it. The LVP replacement looked good."

"As first-time homebuilders, Dennis took the time to guide us through this overwhelming process; he was so professional throughout the entire build. He fought to find high quality subcontractors at affordable prices. Overall, Dennis was able to keep us on schedule and within budget. His level of detail is unbelievable, he ensured everything was done to our liking and to his high quality standard. We highly recommend Craftsman Homes. We will definitely use Dennis for any future remodels!"

"Working with PacNorWest for our cabinetry for our new home was one of the highlights of the build process! Dustin and his team were great to work with from Day 1. Dustin was super patient with all of my questions, indecisiveness, back and forth in tweaking the designs, and went above and beyond to educate me and show me options (including meeting me at the residence multiple times, taking me to one of his recently completed projects, and bringing me multiple samples of woods and stains). Our GC also spoke very highly in working and coordinating with the PacNorWest team. Our cabinets are BEAUTIFUL and a highlight of our home. We received quotes from larger cabinet manufacturers and PacNorWest's prices were competitive with truly unbeatable service and quality. I would highly recommend PacNorWest for any of your cabinetry needs!"

"I was extremely pleased with the two men who worked on my fence project. Arrived on time, very pleasant, didn't waste any time and did a great job. Were very conscientious not to damage any flowers and shrubs that were next to the fence. Cleaned up all the debris that was left and hsuled it away. Only evidence that they were here is a nicely repaired fence."

Carpentry questions, answered by experts

Framing most homes takes anywhere between five and eight weeks to complete. You’ll need to account for inclement weather conditions, material shipment times, the number of crew members, and the weight of your materials. If the weather is too hot, wet, or cold for the installation, this process could take closer to eight weeks.

There are a variety of second-story deck privacy ideas depending on your budget and aesthetic. For starters, you might consider fencing or tall privacy railing that masks a good portion of the open deck. A pergola or an awning can provide additional cover and shade. Outdoor curtains are an easy way to add or remove privacy at your convenience, plus they’re a wallet-friendly way to decorate your deck.

The cost to install a bow window can range from $1,500 to $15,000, with a national average of $3,900. The total price includes materials, which can cost between $1,200 and over $14,000, and labor, which typically adds $300 to $1,900. Several factors influence the final cost, including the window's size and frame material. For example, vinyl frames are the most budget-friendly option, while wood frames are more expensive. Custom features or energy-efficient upgrades will also increase the price. For comparison, a bay window installation typically costs between $1,000 and $7,000.

A-frame homes are on the smaller side. While there’s no set square footage amount it has to be, it will usually come in around 1,000 square feet or smaller.

Yes, most services include necessary frame modifications for proper door fitting. Confirm with your provider.
