Before he did anything that had options, he let us know and fully walked us through the differences before we made a decision. He also scheduled the work out so that we could still utilize the house (the tile areas blocked all walkways to the upstairs) by stepping carefully around small sections. His work was well done and am planning to hire him again when we finally redo our master bath. He also complete tile install for some family members and they were also very happy with his work."

"Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it."

"Alfa Tile and Stone helped us with our master bath remodel. They installed Wedi and tiled a full shower (floor to ceiling) and the floor. The guys were very detailed, patient with our questions and were very respectful of our property. They took time to do it right, everything was plum and sloped properly. "We purchased a home and our first undertaking was to install tile in the formal dining room and carpet in the library. The owner, Eric, spent a lot of time with us understanding the "look" we wanted and helped us choose the products accordingly. He has a great selection from which to choose, btw. We scheduled the installation about a month in advance. Eric's tile guy was AMAZING. I've never seen a contractor work so fast, meticulously and competently. He tore out the old flooring and laid the tile on day one. Left no mess and hauled away all the old flooring. He came back the next day and grouted the tile. It looks fantastic. It is one of the most "wow-factor" rooms in our home. The next day, the carpet guy arrived and we had our new carpet installed in a couple of hours. Again - a hard-working, fast and very competent worker. Overall, we have been extremely happy with this whole process. Not only was Eric great in helping us decide what to get - but his crews were efficient, fast and do great work. I've hired a lot of contractors in my years, but this has to have been one of the better experiences. I'd use them again. HIGHLY recommended! A+"

"Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."
