He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

"Great. Hadrian gave us a good estimate of how much tile and grout to order and it was almost exactly perfect. Before he did anything that had options, he let us know and fully walked us through the differences before we made a decision. He also scheduled the work out so that we could still utilize the house (the tile areas blocked all walkways to the upstairs) by stepping carefully around small sections. His work was well done and am planning to hire him again when we finally redo our master bath. He also complete tile install for some family members and they were also very happy with his work."

She went over my project in detail and said that this kind of technical work would probably be best served by a company that specializes in this cable and ethernet install. We also went over what they CAN do for me in the future and she sent me a list about that and their COVID-19 protocol to keep them and us safe! Also they are fully insured and the team brings a lot of extras in the truck with them to get the work done that day. "We purchased a home and our first undertaking was to install tile in the formal dining room and carpet in the library. The owner, Eric, spent a lot of time with us understanding the "look" we wanted and helped us choose the products accordingly. He has a great selection from which to choose, btw. We scheduled the installation about a month in advance. Eric's tile guy was AMAZING. I've never seen a contractor work so fast, meticulously and competently. He tore out the old flooring and laid the tile on day one. Left no mess and hauled away all the old flooring. He came back the next day and grouted the tile. It looks fantastic. It is one of the most "wow-factor" rooms in our home. The next day, the carpet guy arrived and we had our new carpet installed in a couple of hours. Again - a hard-working, fast and very competent worker. Overall, we have been extremely happy with this whole process. Not only was Eric great in helping us decide what to get - but his crews were efficient, fast and do great work. "Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."
