"had a deeply frustrating experience with Hunt’s HVAC Services that reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. They contacted me early last week to schedule service for my HVAC system, and I agreed to their preferred date—the following Monday. I received a confirmation email on Sunday and a reminder Monday morning for the upcoming afternoon appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to the service site, only to be met with confusion and poor communication. When I called at 12:30 to ask for a specific arrival time, I was told the technician would contact me 30 minutes before arriving—but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."

"We recently had need for a bathroom remodel due to water damage to the subfloor, and replacement of our wooden front steps and planter boxes which had been rotting and in disrepair for several years. We contacted contractors through Angie’s, and ended up meeting with six prospective candidates. The estimates varied widely, some nearly twice as expensive as others. Of all the contractors we met with, Ismael Pozos of H&S Multiservices was the only one to provide a detailed, written estimate outlining exactly what work was included in his bid. The other candidates merely took some measurements and discussed the scope of work, then provided a verbal cost estimate. Additionally, as we were aware of the damage to our subfloor and discussed this with each contractor, Ismael was the only one who went into the crawlspace to get a firsthand look at the scope of the problem. The pricing, written estimate, and extra attention to what was required to fix our issues influenced our decision to move forward with H&S. Ismael was reliable, open to changes as the projects progressed, and a pleasure to work with. Friends and family who have seen our new bathroom and front steps are all very impressed with the quality of work H&S provided.
