"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"We started a remodel project for our master bath, guest bath, laundry room and kitchen in early March and made great progress until the business shutdown for the virus epidemic in late March. Quinn has been great in finishing what he could but due to lack of access to the cabinets and countertops which had been ordered, we had to stop. The work that has been done is superb and professional. Quinn and his team of craftsmen have been creative and even artistic, especially Randy, his tile guy who is putting in our new shower. Can't wait till it gets done. His guys were very accommodating in working around our living schedule while they worked in our home. The cleaned up daily at the end of the day and were very mindful of our furniture and floors. Quinn was very concerned and attentive to our ideas and made great suggestions to save money while still achieving the look we wanted. He was on site just about every day and when he wasn't he would call me several times a day to check in that everything was satisfactory. The job involved some demolition, installation of pocket doors, new flooring, custom tile shower enclosure and building a new kitchen island. Quinn is a great person to work with, as his team of professionals, especially Ken and Randy. I'll provide pictures later to show his great work."
