"Gardner came to do an inspection of my basement and provide a quote. I had received other quotes that only provided for a single sump pump install at outrageous prices. He was very thorough, took two hours to measure, inspect, provided videos and explanations on everything, and the quote was shockingly affordable with so much more work I was ecstatic! I am getting a three sump pump with back up battery, and so much more for basically what the others quoted. And, to have the option to finance through Greensky was the cherry on top! If you are in King County, ask for Gardner @ GROUNDWORKS - you won’t regret it!"

"The workmen were efficient, professional, on time, etc. No complaints on the workmen. I felt a little pressure from the salesman. My biggest complaint was the end product just seemed cheap for the amount of money we spent. It cost us around $6500. Way more than we thought it would for the amount of labor and materials they used. We used them anyway because we were desperate."
