They did a great job and even alerted us to an issue on the roof so we could get that fixed.

This crew took great care to ensure our roof was gently cleaned and remaining in good condition, with a very thorough application of the moss treatment. Ignacio was friendly and efficient, making extra efforts to be sure of our satisfaction with their service.

THey told me they would do a soft wash and they did not. They just fired up the pressure washer and ended up ruining my roof and now I have to replace. Money wasted, ugh! To be fair the roof was a little old but the way they cleaned it did not help at all!!

Johnny was amazing. I explained my problem to him and he throughly explained the process he would use in cleaning the roof and gutters. He also found some additional problems with my roof which were invisible from my ground position. I had some tiles that had cracked and broken. He went the extra mile in documenting each problem with a picture and a description of the needed fix for each tile. He did the cleaning and repairs swiftly and expertly. I am totally satisfied with his performance on this job. I felt the price was fair and his attitude on the job was superb.

I am thrilled with the results! My 15 yr old roof looks like new & minor defects from weather, etc, were corrected. I obtained 3 bids for cleaning years of moss off my asphalt shingle roof. Portland MS was the only bidder who spent sufficient time to examine the roof, explain each step of their process, and answer all my questions. Their bid was in the middle. Most important to me, the owner of the company would perform onsite work & gained my trust with his respectful, patient customer service. The cleanup was exemplary. My driveway & walkways look better than before they started. I will call them for other services this year and beyond.

Outstanding job! He went above and beyond on the labor and gave us a detailed explanation of what was going to be done. They cleaned our roof, our gutters and cleaned up the area around our house. We highly recommend them.

They fixed the pipes on my roof too plus the gutters.

They showed up at my door to clean my gutters, blocked downspouts and trim overhanging branches. They beat the other estimates and returned the following work day to complete the job. They worked quickly with minimal disturbance and cleaned off front and rear entry areas. They were very professional, extremely personable and explained everything clearly. I will definitely call them next time.
