The second year my townhouse underwent a complete cleaning after a smoldering fire caused extensive smoke damage, so I couldn't renew her appearances. The year after repainting and re-carpeting, Jennifer cleaned once, then canceled twice on the days we scheduled. I loaned her an important book she promised to return. Nothing was sent. I believe she let personal problems get in the way of professional business responsibilities."
