Charles started the job bright and early. He did a thorough job cleaning my gutters, even repaired a leak where two segments connected. I had a moss problem on my roof which he corrected, scrubbed off moss thoroughly and then applied product to prevent return. He found other areas of moss not identified by me and he cleaned and treated without increase in cost. He cleaned debris in all areas very thoroughly after he had completed each one.
Charles is a very pleasant and courteous young man. His cost was reasonable
Actually I was very happy as I had seen much more expensive quotes. I will definitely call him again when I need his services. I don't think that one could go wrong employing him.

I had Enzo’s Property Maintenance come by originally to take a look at my chimney because I had heard that the chimney was cleaned on the inside along with the wood pellet stove before I moved in but no mention of the outside. Carlos came by and showed me pictures of where the mortar was starting to crack and that the chimney cover had a whole that need to be resealed. I told him to go ahead and repair. I, also, decided when he was up on the roof to get the roof cleaned and moss remover applied. He, also, cleaned the gutters and repaired replaced a seal around a pipe that was starting to deteriorate and fix a vent where the screen blew off. So glad he did that before anything could nest in there. Very pleased with the work that was done. I felt the prices were very reasonable for the work that was done. I will be calling him in the future to come by and help me keep maintenance my roof, chimney and gutters. Carlos is communicative and provides pictures of before & after work is done

Charles removed the moss and cleaned the roof off my house, as well as cleaned the gutters. His bid was reasonable. He arrived on time. He explained everything he was going to do and sent me photos when he was done. Charles seems knowledgeable regarding his business and was friendly and easy to work with.

Real quick to come out when I had money for him. Paid $835 never showed up. His texts to me with pictures of his cat and him on the roof. (see photos). Always tomorrow, tomorrow never comes. Oct 19 text: Plan on me being there in the morning to get the roof stuff & a couple other things taken care of. Oct 20:it will most likely be closer to evening time I?m nursing this cat back to health & my fiance has the flu. Oct21 Heading to Astoria for what should be the last of this vet situation with the cat. He had an infection from not being fixed they gave him meds I?ll shoot you a text this evening with the updated status. I can come get a bunch done tomorrow. 10/27I can come by tomorrow, I do have a job scheduled first thing in the morning but I can come tomorrow. 10/29:I'm still on this roof it'll be closer to evening time. Jobs taking longer then I expected. 11/7I?m planning for around 12:00 , that way the rain will be done & things hopefully dry out. Today: Radio silence.

"Unfortunately sometimes life problems happen & being a low overhead company I personally have to take care of said problems when they occur. Keep in mind you were sick & told me I didn?t need to show up until November 5th & that?s half of what prolonged your job. On my end however , I?m sorry we had to reschedule the job a couple of times. But the way you treated me & cursing at me was very unfair &unprofessional. Charles replied quickly to my call and came out the same day to give me an estimate. His pricing is fair and willing to negotiate. He arrived on time and did thorough work, and kept his work area clean and safe. He wore his face mask at all times and a respectful young man. He has restored my faith in the younger generation! I will contact him again for my roof and gutter needs. My walkway was pressure washed and looks great.
