"Black topped driveway was really dirty and mossy. Large area to clean. Also cleaned sidewalks, cement patio, large deck, sky lights and removed moss from the north side of the house. Appreciated his attention to detail. Great service! I would hire again."

"Gabriel responded to my call about a leaky roof. He did an inspection found the leak and installed a tarp before a rain storm. Within two of me a accepting his bid he and Joeph came out and patched the roof. The work was done effeciently. They left the roof and the area clean. I plan to hire them for a full roof recover and additional roof work. I have already recommended them to a friend who mentioned he needed a new roof."

"The experience was fine. It was more money than we had verbally had been told but he later on had miscalculated the amount of windows. So we didn't go with it. The quote was around $20,000 and we can't afford that. He seemed like a really nice guy. They actually replace the windows. They don't defog them like they say. They actually go in and take out your windows, open them up and put in new glass and put the windows back in. He said they're cheaper than new windows but I don't know that because I haven't quoted windows. I liked him. He was a personable guy. He's a young guy with a family. He's been doing this for a while. At that point, you just can't afford that. Maybe he would let us do it later in stages, I don't know. My husband tells me $25 for that piece. He knows how much glass cost. We're in the business of doing things. We just wanted to find out because we were told it was a defogging method, which I thought they would just come and somehow drill and spray a solution in there and clean them out and reseal. That's not the case. They say that process doesn't work. I just think it's labor and whatever he's paying his guys. It's hard for us to determine what's fair market value because this is America. I just think that's what he charges. It's such a new process, too. He just recently bought this company from another guy. He's not defogging glass anymore. He know takes the glass out of the window and replaces it with more expensive glass. He has to let people know on his site that he doesn't do defogging anymore."

"I have worked with Sheila and Christine for over three years now in two different houses. They clean my house once a month but have also done annual deep cleanings and move out/move in cleanings. We moved last November, and they cleaned the house we placed on the market and our new home before moving in. They are so accommodating that, when the construction in the new house ran late Christine and Sheila offered to come in at night and clean the house so it would be ready for us to move in the next day. They cleaned from 9pm to 1am!!!! They have a key to my house and always do the monthly cleanings when no one is home, they even let the cat and dog out of the laundry room when they are done. We have three children and several pets and we both work full time, the house gets pretty messy and they always do a great job cleaning all areas. I am extremely satisfied with their services and, each month, the day that Perfect House Cleaning comes over and cleans my house is my favorite day to arrive home after a long day at work."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Regular window cleaning in Longview not only brightens your home during overcast months but also removes local allergens and moss buildup. Over time, this maintenance helps prevent etching from mineral deposits, preserves window seals, and supports energy efficiency. Clean windows also protect interior furnishings from moisture and UV exposure, helping maintain both your home’s appearance and structural integrity.

Helpful?

In Longview, you’ll find residential window cleaning specialists, commercial contractors for multi-story buildings, and property maintenance companies offering bundled services like gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Some contractors focus on historic home care, while others handle post-construction cleanup. Look for professionals familiar with Longview’s frequent rain and local environmental factors to ensure thorough, long-lasting results.

Helpful?

In Longview, persistent condensation, dark spots on sills, or peeling paint around windows can signal deeper moisture problems. If you notice stubborn hard water stains or mildew after rain, these may indicate failing seals or clogged gutters. Addressing these early can prevent frame rot, interior leaks, and the need for extensive window or siding repairs down the line.

Helpful?

Homes in Longview often collect pollen, river dust, and residue from frequent rain, especially if located near the Columbia River or surrounded by mature trees. If your windows show streaks, mineral deposits, or reduced visibility, it’s time for cleaning. Older homes with original glass or wood frames benefit from regular attention to prevent long-term moisture damage and maintain clear views through every season.

Helpful?

New homeowners in Longview should start with a thorough window and screen cleaning to remove local pollen and grime. Inspect window frames for early signs of rot or mildew, especially after the rainy season. Sealing gaps and checking caulking helps prevent drafts and water intrusion. Pairing window cleaning with gutter cleaning ensures rainwater is directed away, reducing the risk of future window damage.
