They pay attention to ALL the details and are very creative in suggesting enhancements to the basic design. Manuel was the project managers and was always courteous, helpful and very efficiently managed his team. He even went "rock shopping" with us to find the best accent boulders and slate stairs. We talked to a number of firms and NGL was not the cheapest (or the most expensive) bid we received but they delivered incredible value that was well worth the price. "Lifestyle Pavers rocks! They tore out our 35 year old cedar deck and stairs and installed our beautiful new paver patio nearly 3 years ago. Martin and his crew are some of the hardest working people I've ever met, and they do very high quality work, too! Now almost three years later, we had a little settlment in one paver near edge, near the remains of a huge stump that was under the property line and fence so it could not be entirely removed when we built the patio. I contacted Michael and he came over with Martin and Martin quickly determend the cause. We could see where the sand and water were going. Martin went about adding sand and tamping and putting concrete into the hole in vastly improving support for the pavers which he then reinstalled. The patio is once again, perfect! I find this level of service and support, under warranty and at a moments notice to be absolutely amazing in this day and age. Go with Michael and Lifestyle pavers, you'll be happy you did! We are!"
