His communication was excellent right from the start, and he was incredibly flexible when I asked to add another piece to the job at the last minute. What really impressed me was the care he took with safety and property protection. He put up solid barriers around the workspace so flying debris wouldn't be an issue. His pricing is very fair, and his cleanup was top-notch—he restored the area to its pre-job condition and honestly left it looking even better than before he started. "This company is exceptional. Prompt, courteous, excellent price. We had a huge cedar removed and they were finished in 3 hours. We love trees but this one blocked our satellite dish. They cut the logs for the wood stove (we need to split) and piled the branches in a neat pile and the wood in another. Will definitely use again."
