"My husband and I have built multiple homes over the years for our growing family. Andy Gruhn was by far the most high quality excellent homebuilder on every level. I truly cannot rave enough or even express my gratitude for the amazing Home They built us!!!! From start to finish, they went way above and beyond, they were quality in details that as a new homebuilder, you donâ t think of until, after the fact, sometimes years, after the fact, I still marvel at the things they thought of for us, that we didnâ t even ask for, that they provided for us to be sure our large family of small children would be taken care of and comfortable for years to come. at the time we were on a very tight budget and they were more than generous. I am beyond grateful to have worked with him and for the quality home they built for our family. They couldâ ve cut corners to save money and make a better profit but instead they just gave us a better home Now that Iâ ve worked with a new builder, Iâ m even more surprised at everything that was included in our home. "Arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. I cannot believe that people choose to use this guy's services. First off he shows up to the job site a few hours late. He then proceeds to give me a bid so high that I thought he was joking. We are talking almost 4 times as much as the average of everyone else's bid. As we are walking back to our vehicles I ask him for my plans back. He then smugly proceeds to tell me that he left the plans back at the job site because "they are not his plans". At that point I raise my voice and we begin a heated back-and-forth. As he is leaving he backs up on my lawn then as he is pulling forward he manages to run over a 35 gallon cooler that he apparently could not see. The whole time yapping about how he does so much better work than everybody else and how he's booked out with jobs. If he sees this he will probably comment back that this is not what happened but I have cameras that would prove otherwise. As folks here have stated Skyler is rude disrespectful arrogant and overpriced zero stars."
