Arvid's Interiors and Design is locally owned and has been serving Chehalis and the surrounding communities since 1976. We offer all types of flooring including - carpet, luxury vinyl plank/tile, laminate, tile, and hardwood. Tile for showers and quartz surfaces. Window treatments, specifically Hunter Douglas. Custom draperies and upholstery, with hundreds of fabrics to choose from.

"Overall, the process went very well. The front office and the work teams communicated with us each step along the way. Through a back order and trying to coordinate plumbing, electrical, construction and the finishing crew things came together nicely. The work crew almost felt like family while they remodeled our kitchen. They followed up quickly after the job was completed to check on some questions we had. Our experience was very positive. Scott came out, put some quarter round to cover some of the mistakes but was not willing to redo the work. This also took from September until I fired him in DECEMBER. Not good at communication, not good at flooring, got mad when I asked for my money back since he screwed up about 3000 dollars of flooring. Do not use this company for flooring."

"Work was completed, but with a lot of issues and lack of communication. Mostly listening and attention to detail. Items purchased/installed without consultation. Wrong doors purchased. Shower walls already detaching from drywall. Had to replace already new water heater because they hooked/unhooked/moved it so many times it fried the electrical board inside it. No accountability for mistakes. Plumbing company in town won't work with them anymore because of their conduct. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."
