He gave me an estimate on what needed to be done, but I decided not to go with him for the time being. I felt his estimate was very fair though.

Very quick and thorough - repair tech ran out to a hardware for a missing part.  Checked the rest of the system.  I moved to Sequim one year ago from Portland, OR.  At that time I assumed I would not find the RV service that I had been using before.  Eric's has far exceeded any service, pricing and professionalism that I had in the big city.

We needed to be able to tow with our RV. Eric found us a used system for about half the cost. He was sent the wrong part for hooking it up and wasn't able to complete the service as intended. Anyway it wasn't thief fault. They really went out of the way to make things right.

We enjoyed the RV for a couple of years and then opted for a larger, used unit.  We sold the old RV easily because it remained in excellent condition.  I did take it to each of the closer RV shops to see if they could match or surpass Eric's.  Neither did - quite the opposite.  They both failed to do what I asked them to do, both charged too much, and one kept the unit for weeks while the owner went out of town without telling us.  Now I'll take the "new" RV to Eric's for service, and that's where I'll go for parts if needed.
