Keith was very professional and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue very quickly, along with checking on the other part of the roof. The cost was the same as the quoted price, which was very reasonable. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Right off the bat, was very nice, polite, gave me a great quote and immediate start date. Got the contract and was way over the initial quote but nevertheless I still agreed. Then delayed the job multiple days after receiving half the funds and started asking for the remainder of the money before even starting. Once started, kept hounding and rushing us NONSTOP about the money without having completed the job yet. We were basically nagged until we paid all the money (before job was finished) due to their own scheduling conflicts and inability to pay employees. We asked for a receipt and were ignored. Most stressful customer service experience ever. Roof was good

"Mr. Joel! Hope your family is doing well! I apologize for any miscommunication! I feel we should be completely honest about the situation. I feel it is important to confront the first mistruth...you told me the roof was 42 square on the initial call upon reading the insurance quote it ended up being 47 square. The other misleading fact you stated is that I drug the Job on after receiving payment...that is simply not true. I received a money order on Thursday and my bank could not confirm it until Friday I ordered shingles and they were delivered Monday and we started Monday! Also, you never mentioned that you are in Ohio..."

Ambrose Home Improvement may be a young company but they work like old pros. They showed up on time and performed every task with controlled speed and accuracy. Keith and crew were very respectful, polite and their craftsmanship was beyond reproach. They answered all my questions as the job progressed. Every member of the team had a positive attitude everyday they were on site. I would recommend Ambrose Home Improvement not only for roofing but other jobs requiring a professional.

He was very polite and agreeable and did call because he was late. However, he put about 6 holes in wall to hang the mirror I was very surprised by that I figured it would be only 2-3 at the most so i was upset He also told me prior to the appt that he charged $35 an hour He was here less than an hour and charged $70 and we subsequentally agreed on$60 He did fix another small issue that i had , which i appreciated I will recommend him to a neighbor for a different type of issue.
