"arrived 30 min. after I called. got the job done. didn,t nickle and dime me with up charges. I will use them again if I need plumbing. I had a service call with one of the frequent media advertised plumbing companies. That company messed up the appointment I thought I made the night before and wound up waiting 7 -8 hours for them to show up. The repair wound up being the equivalent of replacing a washer on an outside hose bib. 10 min of actual work cost over $400. Lions had to pull the toilet to clear the main drain clog. The main cleanout was under a crawlspace and there was not enough room to get equipment in. When he went outside to try to find a space to install an outside cleanout, we found one buried under a foot of topsoil. he dug the area out and extended the pipe upwards and put a cover on it that was marked Sewer. He seemed more intent on selling me a new toilet installation than he did at providing a fix."

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."
