Previous night spent a few painstaking hours trying to clone a dying hard drive with software purchased online. After completion, would still not boot from new SSD drive. Reached out to Jay and he was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. He quoted me a reasonable price to clone the old drive on a binary level and also informed me to not waste money on buying more RAM since the new SSD would be super-fast by itself. Low and behold, everything was fixed to perfection. Computer is significantly faster and new SSD works like a charm. I’ve been looking for a local computer guru when things go beyond my PC capability and am very happy to finally find one. Thank you so much Jay!

This was a great experience. The technician noticed I was struggling with the printing situation and asked if I wanted him to fix the wireless print, since he was waiting for the clean-up process to run on the lap-top and he wanted to make good use of the time. I said YES! and was so happy to have my computer system working really well.

CAME TO MY HOUSE THE SAME DAY I CALLED FOR HELP. HE WAS COURTEOUS & CALLED WHEN RUNNING LATE. TROUBLESHOT THE PROBLEM, REPLACED MEMORY STICK, AND SUGGESTED A FEW THINGS TO MAKE OUR COMPUTER RUN BETTER.
