"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"

"Following a 1.5 hour broken toilet fixture, returned home to find water streaming under the wall in the front of the home, and water 1.5" deep in the carpet of the entry, bathroom, living room and bedroom. After phoning, they were on-scene within 30 minutes with all the professional tools necessary to address the problem. The staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They also worked hard to provide detailed documentation to the insurance company. Since the carpet and pad were old, I requested they be removed, which they did quickly and efficiently. They vacuumed the remaining water and installed fans and dehumidifiers. The staff monitored these on a daily basis for 7 days, until the walls measured zero moisture."

"I had call All Phase construction Feb 12th to ask Mike Oien how to handle my situation with the contractor that had done NOTHING for me but heartache, I told him what was going on and he said to me I will call you right back...then he told me that he will rearrange his schedule and be at my house on the 15th,( Mike is from Spokane) my house needed texturing, drywalling, installation in the crawlspace and through out the house, the whole house also needed to be painted from ceiling and walls, plus, I needed to order kitchen cabinets, flooring, both bathrooms, carpet, hardwood floors, trim also through out the house, plus many more things needed to be done before my renter's move in by April of 2015, he is what I call a good contractor and a hero in my book. The work he has done in both my condo in Maui and here in Bothell. Mike Oien cares about his work and his reputation and his craftsmanship, also the most important thing of all is the trust of not being ripped off, he is very honest and will tell you the truth. I have heard really bad stories about contractors and I have came across 2 of them since I started on my house in October, I will not ever go with anyone else but ALL PHASE Construction 509-951-9301 It took Mike 3 weeks to do this job that started in Oct for more then half of what the other major company was going to charge me, I save about 40 grand, almost a costly mistake. Thank you All Phase, No relationship and he did not ask me to write anything :) Also let me add one more thing..... When we went to order kitchen and bathroom cabinets, floor,paint, everyone person that he dealt with commented on how he knew what he was talking about, that also says a lot about him. I believe your in the best hands ever :)"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I may have expected a bit too much from an online interior desiging service, but was disappointed at the options offered by the provider. The options offered were very limited and scarce. This re-inforced my initial thought that online interior designing is probably not a good idea as it was difficult to assess the colors and textures of items sent by the provider online (pictures). There was also a long lag in communication once the provider had made contact. The only positive gained from this deal was the suggestion of going to recommended shops for tiles - where I eventually found the stuff I was looking for. The whole experience was not worth the time and effort I put in to give the provider information regarding my expectations for my kitchen.
