  • Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
The install team sent was right on it. Did a solid job and left no mess. Price was at the top of the quotes but the thoroughness and attention to details during initial consult was far above the others (found rusted ducting in crawl space when others didn’t even look, etc) and why I chose Seatown.

James was very professional and did a great job. He found a small leak near the furnace that was easily remedied.

  • Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
Great communication throughout the process -- our technician, James Cash, was prompt, polite and professional. He asked good questions throughout the process to ensure we got the end result we wanted. No regrets. Seatown is comparatively pricey, but I rarely hire out professional services ... so communication and quality of service is a much higher priority

  • Stutzman Services Inc
Excellent! Complete pros. I knew I was in good hands from start to finish: professional, knowledgeable, skilled, congenial, responsive.

  • Fast Water Heater Company
I generally expect a standard product when I hire a contractor and am prepared to be absolutely pleased with a satisfactory outcome. What I didn’t expect was Tim. Tim was the best, friendliest, most professional plumber I could have asked for and his work was outstanding. I would 100% hire Fast Water Heater again solely based on this experience. If they had 100 Tim’s they’d dominate the market

We had a routine check up on our furnace in May 2021 by company X. About 2 weeks after the job was done (which showed everything was fine per the technician) we started to smell whiffs of gas which dissipated quickly. After another week the smell increased and I called company X to see if a technician could come out to double check that everything was connected. The rude female on the phone said their workers never made that kind of mistake and it would cost $139 for them to come to our house. She told me the gas company would come out for free so I hung up and called them. Their meters showed there was a gas leak and they turned off our gas. I called company X and told them and this time a male answered the phone. He said I needed to call the gas company and have them turn the gas on so their techs could find the leak. Then, (I am not joking), he told me after the gas was turned on I could put a little dish soap in a spray bottle and spray the pipes to find the leak and then the technician would know where it was and fix it quickly. I called the gas company back and they sent someone out in person to tell me that is NOT how it is done. The nice man said it is primarily a safety issue and if there is a gas leak we are in potential danger. When I repeated what company X said he narrowed his eyes and suggested we hire another company. We looked online and Seatown had good reviews so we called them. When the woman that answered the phone knew we had a gas leak the first thing she asked was if it was turned off and are we okay? Then she put me on hold and checked to see when someone could be there. It was late in the day so they were scheduled the following day. Dillon and Shawn arrived and spent quite a bit of time and found 3 leaks. Dillon also showed my husband the motor on our old furnace and said it was getting to the end of its life. Company X said it would probably go another couple years (it was 21 years old). Our new furnace is installed (thank you Johnny and Andrew) and we are pleased to be Seatown customers. The entire team was so professional and treated us like they cared. They say “service out of this world” and they are not joking. The difference between Seatown and other companies is amazing. I felt like we were taken care of and everything was done to code and guarantied. We highly recommend

The technician was able to come to my house quite soon after I made the appointment, and was friendly, competent and professional. I feel I received good value for the price I paid.

Their team came in and did exactly what we asked them to do. They had to cut into the walls and upgrade the gas line piping, to add gas lines so we can now have 2 gas fireplaces and a gas range in the kitchen. They were great to work with. There was a pipe that was making some noise, so I called them and they came right away and adjusted it by adding extra insulation, to stop the noise from it vibrating. They responded immediately and were quite attentive. Their crew members are wonderful, very professional and clean up after themselves very nicely. They were also great about removing and disposing of anything they took out during the process

This was my first time using Washington Energy Services for a job. They are super great!!! The office people are easy to reach and friendly on the phone. The job was done right away and for less than I had expected. Marcus even made sure the range burners were working on the stove which did not fire off right away because it had been idle in a garage for a few months at no extra charge. I would definitely call these guys again for anything gas related. I had been given a quote from them a few years ago for a gas fireplace insert job and my wife and I now wish we had gone with them for that work also

WES was able to give me a quick estimate over the phone, and I chose them because they gave the most details in the bid regarding expansion tank, permits, and they earthquake strap it, as well as the lowest price. The were able to come out the next day. The technician was a bit later than the time frame they gave, but once he arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He first diagnosed the piping for gas leaks, and although an earlier bid recommended I replace the pipes, he was able to correct by tightening and sealing. He then replaced the water heater, expansion tank, and earthquake strapped it. He worked well and it was a very smooth process
