They provided a quote for the project. It involved the installation of three iron angle stop and three brass adapters.The quote asked for $984.00. I found this price quote to straight up outrageous and over priced. According to my own research, I learned that the cost of materials would not exceed $40 USD, and about $300 USD per adapter. An airline pilots makes around $100-$ 300 USD , an Engineer a little biit less, and a nurse makes around $60-$70 per hour. It is outrageous that I being ask to pay over $900 for a job that would take leas than 90 minutes to complete. I can’t believe they are companies out there over charging these outrageous prices to the customers

After a job is done, we are lucky to keep 5% of what is charged, the plumber is not making the salaries that you quoted in your review. Our company is running legally -- licensed, bonded and insured, with over 80 years of combined experience. That is what you are paying for. The installation was completed satisfactorily. We also had some other plumbing questions which they addressed. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also gave us a senior discount.

I was able to get a same day opening, and they were able to come earlier because they finished their previous job sooner than expected. They called and notified me when they would be there and were right on time. They helped me diagnose the problem and gave me options before continuing with the work as part of the courtesy trip the company provides. I chose to try to fix it myself. 10 minutes later I had it fixed and working properly. The team was polite and respectful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially since they saved me a service charge. I see that some people have mentioned price is an issue, but based on the conversation I had with the techs, their willingness to explain and instruct, and the fact they didn't even charge me a travel charge I would say that they are not in the business of taking advantage of customers. Also I would like to mention they are veteran friendly, but I'm sure any veteran can tell that based off the name.

I have them out a couple of time for various home projects. I continue to try to schedule with them if schedules permit. This last time, Phillip spotted a dangerous configuration left my another larger plumbing company for our gas water heater. I have been happy with their work and they have always been prompt (or will notify you ahead of time if they are going to be delayed), knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. I had them just do some minor work this time (before moving) to unclog a bathroom drain. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing in the South Sound area.

These guys were great. They arrived on time and provided an estimate. We called back a couple hours later to schedule, and they were back later that day. Very prompt and friendly. Work was done 3 months ago and we have no complaints. The price seemed pretty steep, but we go it over and done with.

The company's responsiveness and professionalism were great. They were here 30 minutes and replaced my kitchen faucet and charged me $395 (out the door $420) and that didn't even include the faucet! They told me it was the industry standard price, but I still feel taken advantage of.

They showed up in a very timely fashion. As soon as they arrived the lead plumber began asking questions about how old the building was and what kind of traps were involved. I just purchased the property and did not know any details about the traps. He immediately determined it was a drum trap, tried to vacuum the trap out, poured in some very caustic liquid plumber, and told me the drum trap would need to be replaced by going through the apartment below. I hired another plumber to do that work and he was able to remove ball of hair within 30 minutes and the drain flows fine now. I was not charged for the visit by Good 2 Go but it did leave my tenant with an unusable shower for a week unnecessarily.

Technicians arrived on time and maintained covid-19 protocol. After looking at the job, they stated they could not handle cutting an access hole. Suggested trying to replace the faucet cartridge. I explained I tried to find parts, but was unable. I provided them photos of the leaking cartridge with measurements. Tech stated he would try and find information on the cartridge so we could find the correct replacement and let me know. I have not received any further response from the company. While the techs were friendly and professional while in my home, not following up is unacceptable.
