"I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage!  First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. Mr Logan came out on a Saturday for me, took a look, saw what needed to be done to fix it, and just like magic, he made it happen.  I am so pleased.  I never dreamed it would look this good ever again!  Mr Logan is a gem!  He was kind, thoughtful, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend him and his work!

"Jacob updated our circa 1994 main bath from nasty 31 year old carpet, typical builder-grade oak cabinets, and cultured marble counter tops to tile floors, shaker style cabinetry, and quartz counters. Renovation included replacing our dinosaur jacuzzi tub with a freestanding tub. He also updated our fireplace area by removing river rock and replacing it with tile to the ceiling. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
