"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"The ad stated that furniture would be moved except electronics and beds.  Very little was moved.  Even the floor lamps were not moved to clean under them.  There was an area next to the front living room windows that was not vaccumed nor cleaned and this area was easily accessible.  We received a 37 cent discount by being a member of Angie's list!!  The areas they cleaned were done well; I was disappointed that almost nothing was moved.

We had a pool installed and wanted windows replaced with outside doors from the bedrooms leading out to the deck.  George installed one door in January and did an amazing job and decided to have another outside door installed in the office leading onto the deck.  He had to chisel part of the floor foundation to set the door in place and was easier to do that than where the window header was. He took his time and was hard work but both doors fit perfect.   Everything turned out great, from placement of doors, to sealing around doors, to thresholds and final trim.  He is meticulous in always keeping your house clean and  a performing wonderful job.  I used him to tile my entire house in 2015, including replacing the tub with walk in shower.  He has attention to detail and all the work turned out mazing and I was very pleased.  George is the person to call for quality workmanship that you will be pleased with for years to come.
