"Fantastic!! My insurance company contacted 2 others for this work that I pulled off of yelp. One who didn't bother to show up at the day of my appointment (twice!!), the other who didn't bother to contact me at all. I started to call others from A.L. near my area. All of them had good references and were about the same price as my insurance deductible. Sean gave me a quote lower than my deductible when he included his A.L. discount. He promised a factory replacement windshield (something no others did) and a quick install turnaround. On the day of the install, he called saying he would be a little late. He was only 1/2 hour late and it was because the windshield had not arrived that morning. He arrived at my house, quickly set to work, professionally installed the window, re-installed the things like mirrors that were attached to the old one, and removed the old one. He gave me some post install tips while waiting for the adhesives to dry. Overall, it was a great experience and I would rehire him in a second. Quick, professional, high quality, low cost. Hard to beat."

Purchased coupon in the am and was contact in the early afternoon same day.  Issue was resolved that evening via a remote connection.  Confirmed completion via text.  I was thrilled with the results: responsive and professional.

Windows questions, answered by experts

Yes. Vinyl windows have a PVC frame that wraps around a glass panel that is usually made up of two thinner glass panels separated by an insulating, noise-absorbing airspace. Some vinyl windows are triple-glazed, with three insulating air panels within them. This glass helps keep your interior quiet from outside noise while its insulating qualities help your space stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Bay windows are supported by braces and industrial strength cables, often at the top of the window but sometimes at the bottom. The bay window may need buttress supports if installed on the second floor. Wood screws on the interior also hold the bay window in place. Bay windows are heavy and need proper support to prevent sagging and wall damage. You need to ensure that the support system can hold the weight of the window and the roof cab over the window.

Yes, but professionals use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to safely achieve streak-free, long-lasting results.

Typically, triple-pane windows made with krypton gas filling are the most energy efficient. A window’s frame, glass, design, and installation all affect its energy efficiency. These windows, in particular, are designed highly effectively in terms of their ability to insulate.

Using plastic shrink film over the window will cut down on drafts, which makes the air inside your home feel warmer. Plastic shrink film doesn’t quite have the insulative properties of a new window or of adding insulation inside the window jamb, but it will help. Plus, it’s a cost-effective solution to keeping your home warmer.
