"Thank you [Member Name Removed], not all clients make it as easy as you do. We've enjoyed the opportunity to work with you."
"Hello [Member Name Removed], Our apologies for not getting back to you quickly. Unfortunately we're currently very busy and are unable to respond to every request in a timely fashion. I'm truly sorry we didn't have the opportunity to visit with you. Ryan Palmer"
"Hello [Member Name Removed], I've spoken with my team and we've concluded there must have been a misunderstanding. We have no record of an estimate ever being provided for your project. Please take a moment to reconsider this review and let me know if I've missed something. Thank you."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! This house was a really fun project and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out!"
"We are so pleased that we were able remedy the issues and provide you with a kitchen you love! Thank you for your kind words, we look forward to working with you again in the future!"
"[Member Name Removed], we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and professionalism and we want to thank you for recognizing it! We really enjoyed doing this project with you!"
"Thanks [Member Name Removed] for providing us the opportunity to work with you. Let me know if you have any further issues down the road. Keep up that golf game:) Ryan Palmer"
"I do apologize you had a less than stellar experience. We responded to your request on 7/19 with information for a painter that specializes in these types of applications. I sent him your way with good intent and the simple fact of saving you money to go direct with the painter. I do apologize this did not work out for you. Please see copied email Sent: 7/19/18 to you. "Good Morning! Thanks for your inquiry on Angie's List! Just an FYI... we are a larger scale remodel company but I do have an excellent painter that I would like to get you in touch with. His name is ------- and his phone # is ---------. His company name is ------- Painting. Please let him know that Jeremy Hudson sent you over to him and He will get you taken care of! Let me know if you have any questions. Regards~""
to our home. The project involved updating our master bath and adding a
walk-in closet and root cellar (below grade). Ryan and his team were
great to work with, listen to our ideas and provide constructive
feedback so that we came to the best outcome. The work took a little
longer than we expected but this in part was due to some changes as we
made as the work progressed. We now thoroughly enjoy our new addition.
A friend told us it was like walking into the bath of a fancy B&B.
We would recommend Ryan and his team to all our friends and family.
"Hello [Member name removed], My apologies but unfortunately I'm not at all familiar with your project. After some research I was able to relocate an email between the two of us regarding a bathroom project. Your inquiry was all the way back in February in which I immediately responded and suggested that contact be made by phone for further scheduling. I'm not aware of receiving anything further and made the assumption you had moved forward with other plans. I'm sorry for any lack of communication and I wish you the best moving forward. I hope you were able to find a quality contractor that was able to meet your needs. Thank you, Ryan Palmer Built Construction & Electric"
"Thanks so much Removed mbr info, you and Bob were great to work with. You really have a great eye for product matching and it all came together so well. I'm pleased that we had the opportunity to provide our services and hope it's everything you imagined and more. Now that you have a fresh new kitchen you'll have to spend more time at home and less time vacationing:) Only kidding, thanks again for everything. If you need anything down the road let us know."
"[Member name removed], I want to apologize for an improper follow-up. I truly had every intention to provide you an estimate but ultimately fell behind and was unable to come through for you. As a small company we are constantly trying to overcome challenges in growth while keeping up with demand and continuing to provide quality installations. We continue to look for better ways to serve our customers. Thank you for your honest feedback."
The scope of work included work such as installing multiple dedicated and additional electrical circuits, installing and moving outlets and fixtures with ceiling fan braces, replacing the service breaker box and breakers, cat5 cable run, added accent lighting in the kitchen with suggestions which improved my original expectations. Additionally, I could depend on them to point out issues that they observed while performing their work, including a foundation rot problem that they provided pictures and were able to provide a reasonable bid to correct.
My only complaint is the bids were rarely delivered when promised and only after several call backs. I understand the owner is taking steps to correct this. Additional scope of work was handled with satisfaction.
The employees gave every indication of being trustworthy and diligent. I don?t have any concerns about them carrying out their work without me being home. All areas of my house was cleaned up after work completed. I hope to use Built Construction for future work.
He installed the new appliances. It was also beneficial that he is a licensed electrician to handle any electrical changes. He made sure to clean up at the end of each day.
