Closed off one wall and made the entry on another. Replaced the entryway closet with a built-in. The walls, ceiling, and trim were updated, installed, and painted. He also did the flooring"

"Exceeded expectations! Hired Joe's to turn a horrible dirt pile into a lovely backyard. They did that and more. Built multiple stone walls plus one wall from concrete block. All was perfect, done with utmost care and skill. Everyone involved was professional and friendly. They brought creative design ideas that made the whole project better. Respectful, friendly, funny, skilled. Communication was easy. Fully went the extra mile to make everything perfect. I would hire again in an instant!! Now it's time to add my plants!"

"I hired Velasco Construction to install kitchen cabinets in one of my rental units, and it was a huge disappointment. The cabinets were smaller than the originals, visibly misaligned, and left with gaps. They left holes in the walls, didn?t clean up their mess, and the little ?patchwork? they did attempt looked rushed and unprofessional. They breached the terms of our agreement by leaving trash behind and refusing to sign a simple follow-up contract before returning to fix their mistakes. Instead of taking accountability, they walked away. Bottom line: they didn?t finish the job, didn?t respect the contract, and didn?t stand behind their work.
